All items are handcrafted. Minor variations in colour, texture, and finish are part of the artisanal process and not considered defects. Product images are for reference only and may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

Custom Orders

Custom pieces are made to order with a production timeline of 10–15 working days unless otherwise stated.
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun. Any changes requested after confirmation may incur additional costs.

Ready - to - Wear

Ready-to-wear items may only be returned or exchanged for manufacturing defects reported within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. No refunds for change of mind.

Payments & Pricing

All prices are in ZAR unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required before production, dispatch, or collection. Prices may change without notice.

Shipping & Collection

Delivery timelines are estimates. Nyeleti Mackay Millinery is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers. Risk transfers to the client once the item has been dispatched.

Masterclasses

Masterclass bookings are confirmed upon payment and are non-refundable. Course content and materials remain the intellectual property of Nyeleti Mackay Millinery.

All designs, images, and content are owned by Nyeleti Mackay Millinery and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
