Custom & Bespoke Orders

All custom-made items are created specifically to your requirements.

• Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun.

• This includes bespoke colourways, sizing adjustments, and commissioned designs.

Ready -to - Wear Items

Ready-to-wear items may only be considered for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

• The item is found to have a manufacturing defect

• The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

• The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition

No refunds or exchanges are offered for change of mind.

Masterclasses & Services

All masterclass bookings and services are non-refundable.
Transfers to a future date may be considered at our discretion, subject to availability.

Shipping Costs

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Items marked as sale or discounted are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
