Shipping Policy

Nyeleti Mackay Millinery offers both collection and delivery options for customer convenience.

Collection
Customers are welcome to collect their orders at no additional cost. Collection details will be confirmed directly with the client once the order is ready.
 

Delivery

We make use of trusted third-party courier services, selected in agreement with the client. Delivery costs are for the customer’s account.

• Local delivery:
  • From R50 within a 5km radius
  • Thereafter from R100, depending on distance and courier rates

• National & special deliveries:
  Delivery fees are calculated based on location and courier service selected.

All delivery arrangements, costs, and timelines will be communicated and confirmed with the customer in advance prior to dispatch.
